If you are here, you are most likely experiencing a difficult divorce situation. I am able to give guidance on parenting in high conflict situations, so you show up as the calm, centered parent. I am the support, listening ear and strategist you need.

I am an advocate for self care. As parents, we often put ourselves on the back burner, and we end up burned out. What feeds your soul? What do YOU need? Let me help you plan and implement ways to take care of yourself.

I am a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach. I am not a lawyer or therapist. I am unable to give legal advice, but will suggest you consult with your own lawyer in areas that require it.

Knowledge is power. I will share resources such as books, videos, or websites that can help you in your parenting and personal growth.

Why the Dragonfly

I have always loved dragonflies. They are unique, and have eye catching colors. Come to find out, what they represent makes them truly fabulous!

After living most of its life as an immature nymph, a dragonfly flies for only a fraction of its life, reinforcing that living in the moment is important. By living life fully, being aware of who you are, where you are, what you do or don't want, you are able to make informed choices. Thus, my decision to choose this creature as my mascot if you will.

The dragonfly symbolizes transformation, adaptability and self realization, which brings hope, change and love.
